Key Responsibilities
* Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs and affiliate channels within the Brazilian crypto and finance community to grow trading volume and new user registrations.
* Promote Pionex Trading Bot products through KOL campaigns, community activations, and targeted content strategies.
* Observe and analyze the local payment landscape in Brazil to identify viable commercial opportunities and use cases for Pionex Pay.
* Drive Pionex Pay end-user adoption and establish strategic partnerships with local merchants or relevant ecosystem players.
* Collect and relay Brazilian market trends and user feedback to internal product and marketing teams.
Requisitos
* 1+ year of KOL/influencer BD or channel partnership experience at a cryptocurrency exchange or payment card company (end-user focused). Hard requirement.
* Native proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and fluent in English. Both are required.
* Familiar with local social media platforms and the financial/crypto KOL ecosystem in Brazil.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently in a 100% remote, cross-border environment.
* Existing KOL/channel network in Brazil that can be activated immediately is a strong plus.
