.Must-Have
* sBased in Latin America. Candidates should be within approximately 3 hours of Pacific Time
* .Fluent English, written and spoken
* .5+ years of experience in operations, program management, project management, or senior operational support
* .Experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving operating environment
* .Exposure to supply chain, logistics, sourcing, manufacturing, ecommerce operations, or similar operational workflows
* .Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple workstreams moving without heavy direction
* .Strong systems mindset: able to understand how details fit into a broader workflow and identify gaps
* .Familiarity with AI tools
* .Valid US visa and willingness to travel to the US occasionally
.Working Hours: Flexible, outcomes-oriented schedule with strong overlap with Pacific Time. This role must be comfortable working across multiple time zones, including occasional early or late calls with teams and partners in the US, Europe, and Asia

.About the Rol
eFourthwall is looking for an Operations Program Manager to work directly with the SVP of Operations as an operational right hand. This is a high-trust role for someone who can create structure, manage priorities, drive follow-through, and keep complex operating workstreams moving. It sits at the intersection of operations, project management, leadership support, and systems thinking
.You will help create structure around a fast-moving operations function as Fourthwall scales its supply chain, supplier network, product categories, and larger B2B partnerships. The SVP of Operations moves quickly and focuses on strategy, deals, and high-leverage decisions. Your role is to make sure the details, follow-ups, project plans, and operating cadence keep pace
.The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally fluent, discreet, and comfortable holding people accountable with maturity and tact. You do not need to have personally run a warehouse or supply chain organization, but you should understand enough about operations to know the language, spot gaps, ask good questions, and help keep complex workstreams on track
.What You'll D
* oOwn the operating rhythm for the SVP of Operations, including priorities, follow-ups, action items, project trackers, meeting notes, and decision logs
* .Keep multiple supply chain and business operations initiatives moving across internal teams, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
* .Help manage programs related to new suppliers, new product categories, operational workflows, and larger B2B partnerships
* .Build and maintain clear trackers, workflows, status updates, and project plans so leadership has visibility into what is moving, stuck, or at risk
* .Follow up with internal owners and external partners to make sure commitments, deadlines, and next steps do not fall through the cracks
* .Prepare agendas, summaries, briefing notes, and updates that help the SVP of Operations move quickly and make better decisions
* .Support confidential operational and business topics with strong discretion and sound judgment
* .Identify workflow gaps and process breakdowns, then help design better systems to prevent recurring issues
* .Use modern tools, including AI where useful, to improve organization, communication, documentation, and execution speed
* .Occasionally support travel, onsite meetings, or special projects in the US or internationally

* uYou are exceptionally organized and treat follow-through as a craft
* .You have experience in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth operating environment
* .You have worked close enough to operations to understand concepts like suppliers, RFQs, sourcing, fulfillment, logistics, process improvement, and operational workflows
* .You are comfortable being the person who notices details, tracks commitments, and respectfully pushes people to follow through
* .You can operate in ambiguity and turn loose ideas, conversations, and priorities into organized plans
* .You communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English
* .You are trusted with confidential information and know how to handle sensitive topics with maturity
* .You have a systems mindset: you can zoom into the details, then zoom out to understand how the full workflow should function

* sExperience in ecommerce, creator commerce, consumer products, marketplaces, logistics, manufacturing, 3PL, or supply chain operations
