Food Escapes (foodescapes.com) is a puzzle-led food game, where players solve puzzles sent to their phones via WhatsApp to unlock food a secret independent restaurants around the city. We're a startup based in Manchester, UK. This is a fully remote role, in UK working hours.
We're looking for someone to work directly with the founder in a either a ad-hoc project work capacity or part time capacity, looking into the best way to optimise paid ad traffic through funnel marketing or better CRO.
This fundamentally starts with the UX, but this role requires you to be able to identify gaps and drop offs in the funnel from the ad account through to checkout, strategise on the most efficient way to solve the problem, work with the media buyer, UX designer and developer to build new sections, optimise, and then implement them on shopify. You'd be very hands on, responsible for your own QC, and running the AB tests as necessary using appropriate software if required.
You'll then need to monitor the impact, and lead the iteration cycle to continue to move forwards.
