Overview of the role

The Staffing Fronters Consultant position focuses on strategically analyzing the existing pool of vetted candidates to successfully staff IT business opportunities. This role involves acting as a link between Client Services/Sales and the rest of Talent Acquisition, handling daily responsibilities including assessing, selecting, preparing, and presenting candidates, managing the end-to-end vetting process on the client-side, and staffing openings while ensuring both time-to-market and optimal revenue are met.

Key responsibilities

- Successfully handling and filling openings, selecting candidates, and meeting deadlines consistently.

- Reviewing and filtering the pipeline, following specific parameters and guidelines to ensure quality.

- Reviewing and cleaning openings, keeping them up to date and aligned with business needs.

- Handling communication with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams effectively.

Requisitos

- Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

- Client-Facing Skills: Proven background in client-facing roles and relationship management.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the IT industry and understanding of technology staffing.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach.

- Business Orientation: Strong business and process orientation with strategic thinking.

- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
