yWe are seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide technical support for Windows-based workstations, hardware, software, and end users. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, deploying and maintaining desktop systems, managing IT assets, and delivering excellent customer support
.Key Responsibilitie
sDeploy, configure, and maintain Windows desktops and laptops.Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues.Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and related applications.Manage and track desktop hardware and peripheral inventory.Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty replacements, and vendor support.Respond to and resolve end-user support requests in a timely manner.Install software, perform updates, and maintain system security.Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures.Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve technical problems.Required Qualification
sBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience.Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.Experience supporting desktop hardware, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and customer service abilities.Preferred Skill
sExperience with Active Directory and Office 365.Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM processes.Knowledge of endpoint security and asset management tools
