We’re Hiring: Vendor Coordination Specialist (100% Remote)
Premier Pads is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to manage vendor coordination across our growing portfolio of properties.
This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring vendors are reliable, jobs are completed on time, and all work is properly tracked.
What You’ll Do:
Dispatch and coordinate vendors for maintenance, repairs, and specialty servicesCoordinate closely with our in-house handyman teamTrack and manage all work orders from start to completionMaintain and expand a strong vendor network across multiple marketsCollect photos, videos, invoices, and job documentationMonitor vendor performance (response time, quality, and cost)Manage recurring services (pool, pest control, landscaping, etc.)Ensure all invoices are submitted and sent to FinanceRequirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExperience in property management, operations, or coordinationExcellent communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficientlyExperience working with vendors and managing remote operationsDetail-oriented with strong follow-throughDetails:
