As an Accounting Analyst, youâll join our passionate and supportive team characterised by our ambition and team spirit. Youâll have the freedom to work independently while fostering strong collaboration with our finance and operations departments.
Youâll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records, preparing key financial statements, and supporting the business with timely and data-driven reporting. This role requires a proactive approach, a strong grasp of Brazilian tax regulations, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment.
Specifically, your role will involve:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Brazilian tax laws (SPED, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, ISS, etc.).Prepare and analyze financial statements (DRE, Balanço Patrimonial, Fluxo de Caixa).Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.Maintain internal financial controls and accounting procedures.Prepare and analyze the companyâs accountant closing to ensure accuracy and transparency.Develop accounting reports to support decision-making.

Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.Understand Brazilian tax regulations, including the new tax reform (IBS, CBS), and international accounting standards (IFRS).Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles, daily journal entries, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.Have a minimum of 3â5 years of experience as Analista Contábil.Hold a Bachelorâs degree in Accounting.Are proficient in accounting software â knowledge of Odoo is a plus.Excel in advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial analysis tools.Be ambitious, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.Focus on accuracy, compliance, and delivering reliable financial information.Show active listening, resilience, and persistence.Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and effective task coordination.Excel in time management, organization, and planning.Manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.Use analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.Thrive in teamwork and adapt well to evolving environments.
