Graphic Designer & AI Specialist - TB0609
Location: Remote-LATAM
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: 1200 $ per month
Contract Type: This is an Independent Contractor role, managed through Remote Hero for dedicated work with the client.
Working Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CEST Central European Summer Time (Gibraltar) — Must be fully available on CEST hours for real-time team feedback.

We are seeking a highly creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer & AI Creative Specialist to join our growing team. This role is equally focused on professional graphic design execution and AI-powered content creation, making it ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with a passion for leveraging AI to enhance creativity and productivity.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, presentations, marketing collateral, brochures, and branded materials. Using both traditional design tools and advanced AI platforms, you'll transform ideas into polished, professional content that aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate understands that AI is not a replacement for design expertise—it is a tool that accelerates creativity. You know how to generate, refine, expand, and elevate AI-generated content into premium-quality deliverables ready for publication and client use.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Brand Development
- Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print channels, including:
- Social media graphics and campaigns
- Marketing materials and advertisements
- Newsletters and email marketing layouts
- Corporate presentations and pitch decks
- Brochures, catalogs, and multi-page documents
- Sales and promotional collateral
- Create layouts and branded materials that align with company guidelines and visual identity.
- Develop compelling visual concepts from creative briefs through final production.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to produce professional, production-ready assets.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
AI-Powered Creative Production
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate and enhance creative workflows across marketing and design projects.
- Generate, refine, and optimize images using AI platforms such as GPT, Nano Banana, Magnific, Midjourney, or similar tools.
- Create AI-assisted visual content for social media campaigns, newsletters, marketing graphics, presentations, layouts, and complete brochures.
- Develop effective prompts and workflows that consistently produce high-quality creative outputs.
- Edit, expand, retouch, and elevate AI-generated content using Photoshop and other professional design tools.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve creative efficiency and output quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to implement AI-driven creative solutions that support business objectives.
Requisitos
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, studio, or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow.
- Strong prompt-writing and AI content generation skills.
- Experience designing social media assets, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Excellent understanding of layout design, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to take projects from concept through final delivery with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with AI video generation tools and workflows.
- Motion graphics or animation experience.
- Familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint for business presentations.
- Experience working with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Basic copywriting or content creation experience.
