Job Title: Spanish Language Support Analyst

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract

Spanish language proficiency is required.Good to have additional Spanish language proficiency and strong communication skills.Experience with ITIL processes and support activities.Identify and resolve technical issues related to applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical and operational problems.Provide support to end users and address their concerns in a timely manner.Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.Support incident management, issue resolution, and service support processes.Maintain clear communication with users, stakeholders, and support teams.Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.Ability to work effectively in a support environment and manage multiple requests.
