Supported by professional equipment, structured training, and dedicated coaching, we are building one of the world's largest collections of high-quality real-life livestreams.
As we continue expanding internationally, maintaining exceptional livestream quality is one of our highest priorities.
We're now looking for an experienced Livestream Quality & Operations Manager to lead this mission.
The Role
This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing livestream quality across the entire platform.
You'll lead our coaching team, establish quality standards, improve operational processes, and help ensure every livestream delivers an outstanding viewer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational discipline, leadership skills, content awareness, and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
You'll work directly with coaches, Explorers, and senior leadership to continuously improve the quality and scalability of our platform.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead, mentor, and coordinate our international coaching teamMaintain quality standards across all livestream categories and regionsMonitor technical performance, presentation quality, and viewer experienceReview coaching effectiveness and ensure consistent feedback standardsIdentify quality issues proactively and implement corrective solutionsImprove coaching workflows, reporting systems, and operational proceduresSupport the onboarding and development of both coaches and ExplorersCollaborate with leadership to continuously raise platform standardsHelp design scalable quality assurance systems as City Explorer grows
What We're Looking For
