The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic and complex technology initiatives across Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, ERP, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, and Business Systems.
This role requires a highly experienced professional capable of driving project execution from business case definition through deployment and operational transition, ensuring measurable business outcomes, technical excellence, financial control, and stakeholder alignment.
The Project Manager is expected to actively challenge assumptions, influence decisions, mitigate risks, and lead multidisciplinary teams toward successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead medium to large-scale IT projects from initiation through closure.Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resources.Develop and maintain detailed project plans and execution roadmaps.Drive project governance and decision-making processes.Ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality expectations.Coordinate project transition to support and operations teams.
Infrastructure & Technology Projects
Lead projects involving:
Data CentersNetwork TransformationCloud Migration ProgramsCybersecurity InitiativesDisaster Recovery and Business ContinuityEnd User ComputingInfrastructure ModernizationIdentity and Access Management (IAM)Enterprise Collaboration Platforms
Enterprise Applications & ERP
Manage projects involving:
SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgradesERP deployments and rolloutsFinancial systems implementationManufacturing and Supply Chain systemsHR and Payroll platformsCRM solutionsEnterprise integrationsBusiness applications modernization
Financial & Business Management
Build and manage project budgets and forecasts.Perform cost-benefit analysis and ROI evaluations.Support business case development.Monitor project financial performance.Identify optimization opportunities to maximize value delivery.
Risk & Governance Management
Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.Manage issues, escalations, and decision logs.Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.Ensure adherence to cybersecurity and data protection requirements.Conduct project health assessments and executive reviews.
Stakeholder Management
Engage executive leadership and business sponsors.Facilitate decision-making forums.Manage cross-functional and international teams.Build consensus among technical and business stakeholders.Present project status and recommendations to senior leadership.
Vendor & Contract Management
Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners.Evaluate vendor performance.Negotiate project deliverables and milestones.Ensure contractual compliance and service quality.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas:

Required Professional Experience
