We're looking for a Project Manager based in Brazil to join our team supporting one of the world's leading technology brands. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality creative work across a fast-paced, high-volume environment, collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Working as part of an embedded Adobe squad, you will own the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative projects—from brief intake through final asset delivery. You'll manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
This role sits at the center of project delivery, partnering closely with creative, production, account, and client teams to drive efficient execution across a variety of digital channels and formats.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Delivery & Planning
Own day-to-day project planning, scheduling, and delivery within your squad.Manage multiple concurrent briefs while ensuring deadlines and SLAs are consistently met.Track project progress and proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks.Ensure all deliverables meet quality expectations, timelines, and agreed scope.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery within your squad.Collaborate closely with creative, production, account, and client teams to maintain alignment.Provide clear and consistent project updates to internal and external stakeholders.Manage review and feedback cycles, ensuring revisions are efficiently tracked and delivered.
Workflow & Process Management
Manage project workflows using structured project management tools, such as Adobe Workfront or similar platforms.Create and maintain project timelines, task dependencies, and delivery milestones.Ensure adherence to briefing, QA, and delivery processes.Support the seamless progression of work from concept development through final asset handoff.
Resource & Risk Management
Coordinate resource allocation across the squad to meet business and delivery needs.Anticipate potential project risks and drive timely resolutions.Support capacity planning in partnership with squad leads and delivery leadership.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in Project Management, Creative Operations, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.Ability to manage priorities, solve problems proactively, and drive projects forward.Advanced to fluent English, with the ability to work directly with global stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience working in creative agencies, production environments, or in-house creative teams.Familiarity with Adobe Creative and Marketing ecosystems.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cross-functional squad environments.
