We're going global and Latin America is our next big move. We're looking for a Sales & Influencer Team Lead who will take ownership of the Brazil market, build a partner network and grow a sales team from scratch.

What you'll do
Identifying and attracting partners across Brazil and Latin America: bloggers, influencers, companies, online schools and educational platforms.Negotiating and presenting the product to potential partners.Establishing cooperation agreements and discussing terms for advertising placements and integrations.Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners.Supporting partners through all stages of collaboration: from first contact to launch and ongoing cooperation.Monitoring the effectiveness of partnerships and analyzing results.Keeping the partner database up to date.Building and managing a team of Sales & Influencer Managers for the region.Setting team goals, tracking performance and ensuring results.
Who we are looking for:
Proven experience in sales, partnerships or influencer marketing, ideally in a lead or senior role.Deep understanding of the Brazilian and Latin American market: culture, platforms, key players.Experience managing or mentoring a team.Fluent in Portuguese, English and Russian (mandatory).Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals independently.Proactive, structured and comfortable building processes from scratch.Fully remote-ready, self-organized and deadline-driven without supervision.
