Shopify Virtual Assistant (E-commerce Operations & Marketing Support)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shopify Virtual Assistant to support several growing Shopify apparel brands. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operations of the stores, including product management, customer support, email marketing updates, social media engagement, and influencer research.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats within a small e-commerce business and wants to grow alongside the brands as they continue to expand.
Schedule: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day during US Central Time business hours)

Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
Create and update product listings in ShopifyUpload product information, descriptions, and imagesMaintain collections and product organizationEnsure product pages remain accurate and up to date
AI Content Creation
Generate product and marketing images using AI tools and promptsCreate visual assets for product pages, email campaigns, and promotional contentFollow existing brand guidelines and workflows
Email Marketing Support
Update and schedule Klaviyo campaigns using existing templatesMake content, image, and product updates within email flows and campaignsAssist with basic email marketing execution
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via email and support channelsAssist customers with order updates, shipping questions, and basic issue resolutionEscalate complex situations when necessary
Social Media Support
Publish content across social media platformsMonitor comments and engage with followersHelp maintain a consistent brand presence
Influencer & Partnership Research
Research influencers, creators, and potential brand partnersBuild and maintain outreach listsIdentify partnership opportunities aligned with the brands
Requisitos
Experience working with Shopify storesStrong written English communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable learning and using AI tools such as ChatGPTAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyReliable, proactive, and self-motivated
Nice to Have
Experience with KlaviyoExperience supporting DTC or apparel brandsFamiliarity with influencer marketing and outreachExperience managing social media accountsBasic understanding of e-commerce metrics and customer experience
