As the brand grows, they are investing heavily in owned marketing channels and are looking for a strategic email marketing professional who can help strengthen customer engagement, increase retention, and drive revenue through thoughtful and effective email communication.

Our client is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Strategist & Copywriter to own and elevate their email marketing efforts. This role goes beyond writing emails—you will be responsible for developing the overall newsletter strategy, planning content calendars, designing email campaigns and flows, and driving engagement, retention, and revenue through one of the brand’s most important customer channels.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with excellent copywriting skills and has hands-on experience managing email marketing programs for consumer brands.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a strategic newsletter program focused on engagement, retention, and revenue growthCreate and manage email marketing calendars aligned with seasonal campaigns, holidays, product launches, and promotional eventsWrite compelling, high-converting email copy that reflects the brand voice and drives customer actionDesign, build, and optimize email flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and other lifecycle campaignsAnalyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and revenueCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify content opportunities and campaign prioritiesManage audience segmentation and email targeting strategiesSupport broader customer communication initiatives across owned marketing channelsAssist with website copy updates and SEO-focused content when neededManage and optimize campaigns within Klaviyo

Requisitos

3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, or a similar roleStrong experience developing newsletter strategies for DTC or e-commerce brandsProven track record of driving engagement, retention, and revenue through email marketingHands-on experience with KlaviyoExperience creating and optimizing automated email flows and customer lifecycle campaignsStrong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion and customer engagementExperience building promotional and seasonal marketing calendarsStrong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and email marketing best practicesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendationsExcellent written and verbal English communication skills

Experience working with food & beverage, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG brandsKnowledge of SEO copywriting and website content optimizationExperience with SMS marketing strategiesFamiliarity with subscription-based or repeat-purchase business models
