What you will

do Deliver technical training and support customers in the use of MGI products and applications, both on-site and remotely.Provide guidance on experimental design, sample preparation, library preparation workflows, and sequencing applications.Support customers throughout the implementation and adoption of MGI technologies.Troubleshoot technical issues (pre- and post-sales), identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with internal teams.Prepare field visit reports and document customer interactions and technical activities.Act as the "voice of the customer," providing feedback to Product Support, R&D, Marketing, and Commercial teams.Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Support product demonstrations, evaluations, and customer workshops.Represent the company at technical trainings, workshops, trade shows, and scientific conferences.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engageme
