DSI Consulting Group is a boutique enterprise performance management (EPM) consultancy. We help large finance teams plan, forecast, and report on platforms such as Anaplan, and we build AI and automation on top of that work. We are seeking a professional in Brazil!
The role
You are a hands-on Anaplan consultant with real FP&A depth. You design, build, and deliver Anaplan models that solve genuine planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting problems for our clients' finance teams. You translate finance requirements into clean, maintainable model architecture, and you work directly with our architects and the client's FP&A and controllership stakeholders. You bridge finance and the platform — fluent in both the language of FP&A and the mechanics of Anaplan.
What you will do
Design and build Anaplan models for FP&A use cases: planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting.Translate finance requirements from CFOs, FP&A leads, and controllers into sound model structure — modules, lists, line items, and dashboards.Build and maintain data integrations, and keep models performant, accurate, and maintainable.Support user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and iterative refinement through delivery.Follow Anaplan model-building best practice and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for clean, controlled deployments.Collaborate across a distributed, senior team (US, Latin America, India) during US-aligned hours.Bring FP&A insight into the build, so models reflect how finance teams actually plan and report.
What you bring
Hands-on Anaplan model-building experience on production models — not just certification coursework.Strong FP&A and finance domain: planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and driver-based modeling.The ability to translate finance requirements into well-structured Anaplan models.Professional English fluency — you will work directly with US-based clients and a distributed team.Collaborative and self-directed, comfortable in a small, senior team and a remote delivery model.
Nice to have
Anaplan certification (Model Builder or Solution Architect); Level 3 certified.Experience with ALM, data integration (APIs / ETL), and the Polaris engine.A background as an in-house FP&A practitioner before moving into consulting.Experience delivering for US or global clients.
