We are looking for a Designer to develop visually distinctive, concept-driven creative work aimed at highly design-literate audiences.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary creative team alongside Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters, this role will help shape brand expressions, creative systems, and campaign visuals for products such as Firefly and the wider Creative Cloud ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines strong design craft, cultural awareness, and a deep appreciation for creative tools and workflows, creating work that feels authentic, credible, and inspiring to creative professionals and creator communities.
This role plays an important part in shaping how the brand connects with the creative community through impactful and visually compelling work.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate creative concepts into refined and visually compelling design executions
* Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to shape and evolve ideas
* Design campaign visuals, key assets, and creative systems for brand moments and integrated campaigns
* Maintain high standards of craft, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables
* Iterate thoughtfully on creative work in response to feedback
* Partner with production and design teams to ensure work is production-ready and aligned with brand guidelines
* Design and deliver creative assets across brand, social, digital, and performance-focused communications
* Apply and evolve design systems across multiple channels while maintaining creative quality
* Translate brand and product narratives into clear, engaging, and effective visual outputs
* Balance creative sophistication with usability and clarity
What We’re Looking For
* Strong foundation in visual design, layout systems, and design craft
* Clear understanding of creative culture, design trends, and visual references
* Ability to create work that feels credible and relevant to creative audiences
* Experience designing across digital, social, experiential, or campaign-led projects
* High attention to detail and strong craft sensibility
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong working knowledge of Figma
* Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary creative teams
* Interest and hands-on experience with emerging creative technologies, including generative AI tools such as Firefly
