Is curious about technology and enjoys understanding how complex systems work in the real world;Communicates clearly and feels comfortable engaging with customers and technical teams;Is proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a hands-on, fast-paced environment;Thrives when contributing across different fronts, from field testing to customer support.

Support the Application Engineer in providing technical assistance to customers, both remotely and on-site, including occasional field activities;Participate in product testing, validation, and field trials, contributing to quality and performance assessments;Assist in gathering and organizing customer feedback, supporting alignment between engineering and commercial teams;Follow technical support activities throughout the customer engagement cycle, from pre- to post-sales;Help produce technical documentation, usage guides, and support materials.

Requisitos

Currently enrolled in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Automation Engineering, or related fields, from the 6th semester onward;Advanced English, comfortable with technical documentation and communication with international customers and partners;Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and willingness to work in the field when needed;Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow structured technical processes;Availability to work on-site in Porto Alegre;Availability to commit to the internship for at least one year.

Nice to Have…

Participation in Junior Enterprise programs, scientific initiation (IC), extension scholarships, or other extracurricular activities;Familiarity with communication protocols (serial, I2C, SPI, UART) or test and measurement tools;Basic knowledge of Python or C for test automation or system integration.
