We are looking for a Tech Support Level 1 professional to provide technical assistance and first-line support to customers in Brazil. This role is responsible for supporting technical issues with quality, agility, and customer focus, while ensuring proper troubleshooting and escalation processes.
Mission.
Support our customers on technical issues with the expected level of quality and agility.
Key responsibilities.
- Serve as the first-line contact for Brazilian SI and DI customers
- Perform basic configuration and support for IP cameras
- Interpret video analytics and manage events
- Configure video stream settings, resolution, FPS, and video compression
- Perform initial troubleshooting for cameras, lenses, infrared systems, and network connectivity
- Manage and follow up on technical support tickets
- Provide remote support to system integrators and field teams
- Register and configure devices on remote platforms
- Escalate incidents appropriately to L2/L3 support teams
Technical skills.
- Knowledge of IP CCTV systems
- Understanding of TCP/IP networks, DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing
- Basic knowledge of PoE switches and device power supply
- Basic knowledge and support for market-leading VMS platforms
- Knowledge of video storage solutions, iSCSI, and recording servers
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets and technical manuals in English
- Basic knowledge of network protocols, firewall concepts, and wireless networks
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office package
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases
- Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity applied to electronic security systems

Experience and qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Software, Electrical, Networks), Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in the Security or IT industry
- Intermediate English level
