Role - Senior Backend Developer (6–8 Years Experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with 6–8 years of experience to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern backend technologies, cloud platforms, and distributed system architecture, with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in PHP (Symfony Framework)
- Proficiency in Node.js and backend development
- Experience with React (integration and/or full-stack exposure)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
- Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases (RDBMS)
- Experience working with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
Good to Have
- Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Knowledge of System Design principles and scalable architecture
- Experience with asynchronous programming and design patterns
- Skills in debugging, performance tuning, and monitoring systems
- Strong understanding of data modeling
- Experience with caching systems (Redis, Memcached)
- Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Experience working in Agile environments and Git-based workflows
- At least 3+ years of experience in backend systems and production APIs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
