We specialize in:

  • Removal Defense (EOIR).
  • Asylum & Humanitarian Relief (U/T visas, VAWA, SIJS).
  • Family‑Based Immigration.

We’re expanding our Removal Defense Team and seeking passionate, detail‑driven Paralegals committed to making a real impact.

What You’ll Do (Removal Defense Focus)

  • Support EOIR litigation by preparing filings, motions, briefs, and applications for relief (asylum, cancellation, waivers, adjustment, etc.).
  • Draft client declarations and gather evidence for high‑stakes court submissions.
  • Manage a removal‑defense caseload, track deadlines, and maintain accurate case records.
  • Prepare hearing packets, organize exhibits, and assist attorneys with trial preparation.
  • Communicate with clients—often in emotionally sensitive situations—to collect facts and provide updates.
  • Coordinate with interpreters, experts, and agencies to support case strategy.
  • Prepare and file USCIS petitions for clients with mixed EOIR/USCIS matters.

What We’re Looking For
Hard Skills

  • Fluent in English + Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Experience in immigration law, especially removal defense.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and evidence‑gathering skills.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage a heavy caseload.
  • Tech‑savvy and fully equipped for remote work (computer, internet, private workspace, noise‑canceling headphones).

  • Emotionally intelligent communicator who can support clients during stressful moments.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, mission‑driven environments.
  • Team‑oriented, proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of immigration paralegal experience.
  • Experience with both EOIR and USCIS filings.
