Job Title: Systems Engineer

We at Coforge/Encora are hiring Systems Engineer with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Own first-touch resolution of tickets in the ServiceNow Collaboration queue across the M365 stack and supported third-party tools.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and document issues; escalate to senior engineers or the Systems Architect with clear reproduction steps when needed.
- Provide first-level technical support to end users for collaboration products and service.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining collaboration platform health under guidance.
- Perform basic configuration changes, updates, and validation in line with change management
- Document system configurations, runbooks, and procedures; contribute to the Collaboration Hub SharePoint site.
- Learn and follow established security, governance, and compliance protocols.
- Support data collection and reporting for platform usage and service performance.
- Assist in delivering training sessions and end-user-facing documentation for collaboration products and services.
- Support license administration for digital collaboration products and services.
- Support vendor relationships under guidance — billing cycles, product upkeep, and renewals.
- Contribute to use-case analysis for widely used tools to identify opportunities for consolidation and standardization
Requisitos

- Demonstrated competent IT experience (not necessarily collaboration-specific).
- Entry-level Microsoft certifications preferred (MS-900, MS-700, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 admin center, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Purview, licensing, and tenant administration concepts.
- Awareness of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents (declarative / “lite” agents).
- Scripting fundamentals (PowerShell preferred; Python or Bash a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation and good written / verbal communication.
