Shaping airport partnerships across the Americas
This role sits at the heart of our airport growth strategy. You will take ownership of a portfolio of markets across the Americas, building and strengthening partnerships that expand our premium airport offering. From lounges and dining to fast track and other services, you will play a key role in growing and enhancing the Dragonpass ecosystem while delivering a seamless customer experience.
What you will be driving day to day
You will lead the development and management of airport partnerships across your assigned markets, identifying new commercial opportunities and bringing them to life. This includes building strong relationships with airports, concessionaires and service providers, leading negotiations, and supporting the successful launch and ongoing performance of partners.
You will continuously explore ways to improve network coverage, customer experience and commercial outcomes, while maintaining a clear pipeline of opportunities and staying close to market trends and airport developments. Collaboration will be central to your success, working closely with colleagues across product, operations, marketing, legal and finance.
Experience and strengths you will bring
Proven experience in partnerships, business development or commercial roles within aviation, travel or hospitalityStrong understanding of the airport ecosystem and key stakeholdersConfident in leading commercial discussions, negotiations and contract managementExperience with airport lounges, dining, fast track or similar services is beneficialExcellent relationship building, communication and presentation skillsCommercially focused with the ability to identify and grow opportunitiesComfortable managing multiple priorities across different marketsAnalytical and able to use data to inform decisions and performance trackingFluent in English and Portuguese, with Spanish as an advantageA collaborative approach, with a proactive mindset and sense of ownership
