Compensation: $850 USD per month

About Premier PadsPremier Pads is a fast-growing short-term rental management company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for both homeowners and guests. We manage vacation rental properties across multiple markets in the United States and take pride in providing outstanding hospitality, communication, and operational excellence.

We are looking for a Guest Experience Associate to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

ResponsibilitiesRespond to guest inquiries via messaging, phone calls, and email in a timely and professional mannerAssist guests before, during, and after their stayTroubleshoot and resolve guest concerns while maintaining a positive guest experienceCoordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and operations teams to address guest needsEnsure guests receive accurate check-in, stay, and check-out informationMonitor reservations and follow up on guest requestsEscalate urgent issues when necessary and help drive them toward resolutionMaintain detailed notes and updates within company systemsMeet response time and guest satisfaction standardsRequirementsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong customer service and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyStrong attention to detailReliable internet connection and quiet workspaceAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in hospitality, customer service, Airbnb, hotels, property management, or guest communications is preferred but not requiredWhat We're Looking ForPositive attitude and strong work ethicProfessional and friendly communication styleStrong organizational skillsAbility to remain calm under pressureSolution-oriented mindsetDependable and accountable team playerCompensationFull-Time Position$850 USD per monthHow to ApplyTo be considered for this position, please complete the following steps:
