We are looking for a full-time, remote Implementation Manager with 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or client success to join our U.S. client. In this role, you will serve as the primary project manager during client onboarding, guiding new clients through a seamless implementation experience while providing strategic guidance to help them maximize the value of the platform.
Our client provides industry-leading environmental compliance, fuel management, and facility maintenance software used by major fuel networks, including global brands. Their platform helps companies monitor and optimize operations by delivering real-time insights, automating compliance tasks, and ensuring site uptime.

Build strong relationships with new clients to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experienceCollaborate closely with the sales team to support new business and lead a seamless handoff from sales to customer successServe as the primary project manager during implementation, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are metDeliver training sessions to educate clients on platform applications and best practicesProvide strategic guidance and recommendations to help clients maximize the value and efficiency of the platform's solutionsOffer ongoing support and proactive follow-up during the first six months of product adoptionContribute to the development and maintenance of client-facing documentation, guides, and resourcesPerform additional duties as needed to support team and business objectives
Required Experience
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from Fortune 500 executives to operational teamsBachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or client success roles, preferably within a SaaS environmentProficiency with technology platforms and data analysis to support client solutions and decision-makingDemonstrated strength in project management, including gathering and translating functional requirementsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environmentHighly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experienceWillingness and ability to travel up to 25% as neededProven delivery experience in a vibrant, dynamic startup environmentA collaborative approach, a can-do attitude, and a relentless pursuit to attain goals and solve problemsTrustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent
Desired Experience
University degree or relevant industry experienceIndustry experience in fuel supply, logistics, and/or fuel complianceAdvanced degreeProject Management Professional (PMP) certification
