ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Outbound Sales Representative is a full-time remote role focused on generating and qualifying leads for heating, cooling, and air quality services in the U.S. market. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, following up on inquiries, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. 

The role involves presenting service offerings clearly, identifying customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams to schedule consultations or service appointments. The representative will update CRM records, track sales activities, and meet or exceed performance metrics. Collaboration with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and provide feedback on market trends is also expected.

Requisitos

Fluent English at a professional level — all client interactions are conducted with U.S. homeowners and require clear, confident communication.Based in Brazil with availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.Strong outbound calling skills and comfort with high daily call volume.Proficiency in lead generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and following up on marketing-generated leads.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, handle objections, and maintain professional relationships.Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access, strong time management, and self-motivation in a full-time schedule.Experience using CRM and sales tools effectively; familiarity with basic reporting and performance tracking.Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles is a plus — U.S. market experience is an advantage but not required.No formal degree required — performance and communication skills are what matter.
