Lukx is looking for a People Ops Manager to take ownership of our people operations.

We are looking for someone with an organized, mature, and hands-on profile. Someone who can structure processes, manage key routines, and ensure a positive experience for the team throughout the entire employee journey: hiring, onboarding, data and document management, time off, payments, promotions, offboarding, and internal rituals.

This role is ideal for someone who likes to make things happen, has good judgment when handling sensitive matters, and knows how to balance organization, efficiency, and a human approach.

You will be responsible for structuring and running Lukx’s People Ops routines, ensuring that people processes work with clarity, organization, and reliability, while keeping a human-centered approach.

This is an opportunity for a practical, trustworthy, and mature professional who can create simple, efficient processes that fit the company’s current stage without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

Location: 100% remote

Area: People / People Operations

Reports to: Executive Leadership / Operations Leadership

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for new hires.Organize and execute onboarding for new team members.Keep the team database updated and reliable.Organize contracts, documents, and registration information for contractors.Track vacations, days off, and team rest periods.Support the monthly payment routine for contractors.Structure and follow up on promotion and internal mobility processes.Conduct offboarding processes with organization, clarity, and respect.Organize the internal calendar for birthdays, communications, and team rituals.Plan and coordinate semiannual in-person gatherings.Support leaders in basic people management routines.Create, document, and improve People Ops processes.Identify risks and inconsistencies in people operations and propose improvements.

What we expect from this person

Previous experience as an HR Generalist, People Ops professional, or in a similar role.Experience in small or medium-sized companies with dynamic operations and low bureaucracy.Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up on deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Maturity to handle sensitive information and difficult conversations.Execution-oriented profile, with a strong drive to get things done.Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.Ability to follow up on agreements and organize operations without creating unnecessary friction.Good contextual awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Requiremetns

Experience with recruitment and selection.Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and administrative people routines.Ability to structure simple and efficient processes.Intermediate/advanced English.Availability to work remotely and coordinate routines with different areas.
Nice to have

Experience in startups, digital companies, or growing operations.Experience with remote teams.Experience in an international environment.Familiarity with PJ / independent contractor work models.
