SAP IBP & S&OP Solution Architect

We are looking for a senior SAP IBP & S&OP Solution Architect to support a strategic SAP planning and transformation project for a global enterprise client in the automotive manufacturing industry.
The role is ideal for a hands-on SAP planning consultant or architect who can operate between business and technology, lead business conversations, translate planning needs into SAP solutions, and support the implementation of scalable planning processes in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP solutions for Sales & Operations Planning.Lead S&OP workshops with stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, sales, and finance.Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.Document As-Is and To-Be processes, gap analysis, and solution recommendations.Configure and support SAP IBP, SAP APO, and related S&OP planning capabilities.Support demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, scenario planning, simulations, and analytics.Ensure integration between planning processes and production, procurement, sales, inventory, and finance.Present findings, risks, and recommendations to senior business and IT stakeholders.
Requisitos
8+ years of experience in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP planning solutions.Strong experience with SAP IBP, SAP APO, and S&OP processes.Deep knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization.Proven experience in manufacturing environments.Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.Strong business consulting or business analyst experience within SAP programs.Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and create business-facing documentation.Experience working with international or U.S.-based stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Automotive industry experience.SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience.Experience with global templates, multi-country rollouts, or large enterprise environments.Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with North American business culture and delivery expectations.
