We’re looking for highly motivated individuals who will work with prospective candidates to ensure strong enrollments in our AI Residency Program. Your role will be to source, educate, inspire, and skillfully guide potential candidates through the application and enrollment process.
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn & Google Sheets CRMManage the full outreach funnel: Cold messaging, follow-ups, and engagementOwn outbound outreach via LinkedIn messages, and emailsTrack responses, analyze trends, and optimize outreach strategies for higher conversions
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
Re-engage candidates who dropped off or did not complete applicationsRespond quickly to inbound messages and improve response time KPIs and SLAsSchedule intro calls with high-potential candidates and track follow-ups
User Acquisition & Growth Strategy
Execute and refine Apziva’s growth & outreach strategy to attract high-potential candidatesOrganize and maintain Apziva’s programs to ensure a smooth user acquisition processUse data-driven insights to optimize outreach effectiveness, conversion rates, and engagementCollaborate with leadership to find growth opportunities and strategies to scale Apziva

Requisitos
Proficiency in English – you feel comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in a professional environmentCurrently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student or a recent graduate, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related fieldsAvailable to work 5 weekdays regularly, 5 hours each day from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM CESTCurious, open to feedback, and motivated to grow through hands-on experience in a fast-paced, agile team
