Talent Global LLC — Latin America (Remote)

Full-Time (40 hrs/week) | US Time Zones | Long-Term Contract

Our client (a US-based Creative Agency/Venture Studio) is looking for a hands-on Video Editor with strong experience creating paid ads content for social platforms. This role is focused on execution — editing high-performing ad creatives — not creative direction or broad AI production work. The client is scaling their in-house content team and is looking for editors who can move fast, follow briefs precisely, and contribute to a growing AI-driven workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platformsWork from creative briefs to produce polished, on-brand ad creativesEdit performance marketing / DTC / e-commerce style content optimized for conversion, not just aestheticsApply strong pacing, transitions, typography, and hooks suited for paid ad environmentsUse AI tools within the editing workflow and stay current on new AI-driven editing/production toolsShare relevant AI workflows or tool discoveries with the broader creative teamComplete assigned edits independently and hit deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative environmentCollaborate with the creative/marketing team on revisions and performance-based iteration

Requisitos

Minimum 6 years of hands-on video editing experienceDirect experience editing paid ad creatives for performance marketing, DTC, or e-commerce brandsStrong command of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)Comfortable using AI tools as part of an editing workflow (nice to have: exposure to Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Sora, Pika, or similar)Ability to work full-time, aligned with US business hoursStrong portfolio specifically showcasing paid social / ad creative editing (not just general video work)

This person is an editor first — someone who thrives on turning a brief into a finished, high-performing ad creative rather than driving concept or direction. They have real, seasoned experience in the performance marketing/DTC/e-commerce space and understand what makes an ad creative convert, not just look good. They're comfortable with AI tools as part of their toolkit and curious about new workflows, but their core strength is editing execution. They're reliable, fast, and can work independently within a full-time schedule.
