We're Hiring: Advertising Partnerships Manager — Brazil

AlemX is a social media platform with a pay-per-view advertising model. Users earn real money for watching content. Advertisers get guaranteed, verified attention.
We're entering the Brazilian market and looking for someone who can connect us with the right advertising partners.
Role:
You'll serve as our bridge to the Brazilian digital advertising ecosystem. Your job is to leverage your existing network to make warm introductions between AlemX and ad agencies, media buying teams, and brand marketing departments.
What we're looking for:
— Established network in Brazilian advertising (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte)
— Experience at or with agencies such as Africa Creative, AlmapBBDO, DPZ&T, WMcCann, Artplan, Soko, GUT São Paulo, or similar
— Background in media buying, ad sales, or agency business development
— Ability to provide context and make professional introductions
Compensation:
— $100 per qualified introduction that results in a completed discovery call
— No cap on introductions
— Bonus structure for introductions that convert to active partnerships
This is not a full-time position. No reports, no KPIs, no meetings. You open doors, we walk through them, you get paid.
