We are hiring an Implementation Manager / Engineer to support customer implementations for a SaaS platform used in complex operational environments.
This role is focused on implementations for a major U.S.-based nuclear energy customer. The ideal candidate has direct experience supporting implementation projects connected to nuclear power plants, nuclear facilities, nuclear energy operations, or nuclear engineering environments.
This is a customer-facing role that requires strong project execution, technical coordination, documentation discipline, and the ability to manage implementation work in a highly regulated, safety-sensitive environment.
The right candidate will be comfortable coordinating business, operational, engineering, technical, and vendor stakeholders while ensuring that implementation milestones, documentation, testing, rollout, and handover are completed with clarity and control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementation projects from kickoff through deployment and operational handover.
- Coordinate implementation timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Serve as a primary point of contact during customer implementation phases.
- Work directly with customer operational, technical, engineering, and project stakeholders.
- Support implementation activities connected to nuclear power plant or nuclear energy environments.
- Manage implementation documentation, workflows, requirements, and customer-facing project materials.
- Coordinate testing, validation, issue resolution, rollout readiness, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot implementation blockers and coordinate internal or external support when needed.
- Ensure clear communication across customer teams, internal teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
- Support onboarding, user adoption, training coordination, and operational transition.
- Maintain disciplined project governance in environments with strict documentation, approval, and risk requirements.
- Support process improvement and standardization of implementation practices.
Required Experience
- Direct experience implementing software or operational systems for nuclear power generation customers is required.
- Experience managing technical, operational, infrastructure, engineering, or software implementation projects.
- Experience implementing software platforms, SaaS solutions, enterprise systems, maintenance systems, operational systems, or digital workflow solutions within nuclear power generation environments.
- Familiarity with common nuclear operations and maintenance systems, terminology, and workflows.
- Customer-facing project or implementation management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
- Experience coordinating implementation documentation, project plans, timelines, risk logs, status reports, and handover materials.
- Experience supporting testing, rollout, deployment, commissioning, validation, or go-live activities.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, remote environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Brazil-based or authorized to work from Brazil for this customer environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with systems such as IBM Maximo or similar enterprise asset management platforms is highly preferred.
- Experience implementing SaaS, enterprise software, operational systems, infrastructure systems, telecom systems, engineering systems, or project control platforms.
- Experience with U.S.-based customers or multinational stakeholders.
- Experience in highly regulated, safety-sensitive, or mission-critical environments.
- Familiarity with nuclear project documentation, approval workflows, testing discipline, operational restrictions, or regulated handover processes.
- Experience with change management, user adoption, customer onboarding, or operational rollout.
- Background in engineering, IT, telecom, infrastructure, industrial operations, project controls, or energy-related environments.
- Strong candidates may come from consulting, software implementation, or professional services organizations supporting nuclear energy customers.
