As the platform and Academy continue to grow, maintaining consistent livestream quality is critical. We are now expanding our coaching leadership team.
The Role: Coach Manager (Livestreaming Quality Lead)
We are looking for a Coach Manager who will oversee our team of livestreaming coaches and take primary responsibility for maintaining high standards across the platform.
This role combines leadership, coaching supervision, quality control, and operational oversight. You will ensure livestreams meet both technical and content standards while helping coaches support Explorers effectively.
Livestreaming runs around the clock, so this role requires strong ownership, resilience, and initiative. You should be comfortable maintaining quality standards through team coordination, structured supervision, and proactive monitoring even outside standard working hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the livestream coaching team
- Maintain overall livestream quality across the platform
- Monitor both technical execution and content standards
- Guide coaches on feedback quality, coaching structure, and consistency
- Identify quality issues early and implement improvements
- Support onboarding, training workflows, and coaching processes
- Ensure Explorers maintain confidence, structure, and audience engagement during streams
Requisitos
- Language: English C2, Portuguese C2, Spanish C2
- Strong personality with high accountability and ownership mindset
- Proven experience in livestreaming, video content, media production, or coaching
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
- Solid understanding of livestream technical setup and content presentation
- Ability to coordinate teams and maintain standards consistently
Nice to Have
- Previous team leadership or managerial experience
- Background in media, broadcasting, or digital content production
- Experience in training or mentoring creators
- Familiarity with IRL livestreaming workflows
