Overview of the role:
The Operations Analyst position focuses on providing analytical support to commercial operations. This role combines data analysis with process improvement to identify trends, create insightful reports, and collaborate across teams while developing analytical skills in a global environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate operational data to uncover trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and key operational performance indicators.

- Communicate insights and actionable recommendations to leadership teams.
Requisitos
- 3+ years of experience in operational analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with process optimization frameworks and continuous improvement best practices.
- Experience supporting project coordination and improving operational workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to different stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Advanced level of English.
