We’re expanding our Rocketlane PSA Implementation Practice and are looking for a Project Manager to help drive results!
Role OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will own the successful delivery of Rocketlane PSA implementations from kickoff through go-live and adoption. You will lead customers and delivery teams through complex onboarding journeys driving clarity, accountability, and momentum at every stage.
This is not a status-reporting role.
You are the quarterback of the engagement: aligning stakeholders, managing risks, guiding decisions, and ensuring customers realize value fast. You’ll balance consultative leadership with operational rigor, keeping projects on track while advising customers on best practices and course-correcting when needed.
This role blends customer-facing consulting, delivery leadership, and business ownership. You’ll work closely with Solution Architects, Consultants, and Integration specialists to deliver scalable, repeatable outcomes across multiple clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full project lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and transitionLead discovery, planning, and alignment sessions with customer stakeholdersEstablish clear scope, outcomes, and success criteriaTranslate business objectives into actionable delivery plansDrive cross-functional delivery across Solution Architects, Consultants, Integrations, and Data teamsRun governance cadences, status reviews, and executive updatesProactively identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs resolving them quicklyManage scope changes and protect delivery integrityGuide customers toward Rocketlane and Professional Services best practices (not just take requests)Lead tough conversations and escalations with confidence and clarityTrack budgets, forecasts, utilization, and project marginEnsure adoption readiness through training, change management, and transition planningUse AI tools, automations, and standardized assets to streamline project operationsConduct retrospectives and continuously improve delivery playbooksSuccess MetricsOn-time, on-budget project deliveryProject margin attainmentCustomer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)Time-to-value and successful go-live outcomesScope stability and change control effectivenessLow escalations and smooth stakeholder alignmentTeam utilization and forecast accuracyDelivery process improvements and reusable practices createdQualifications Must Have Skills
Professional English proficiency is a must.
Delivery Leadership
3+ years leading SaaS or PSA implementationsProven ability to run multiple customer engagements simultaneouslyExperience owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervisionStrong understanding of onboarding and implementation best practicesConsulting & Stakeholder Management
Comfortable leading workshops and executive conversationsAbility to be assertive and guide customers toward the right approachExperience navigating escalations and difficult trade-offsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong facilitation and decision-making skillsOperational & Business Acumen
