We’re expanding our Rocketlane PSA Implementation Practice and are looking for a Solution Architect to help deliver results!
Role OverviewAs a Solution Architect, you will design and lead scalable Rocketlane PSA solutions for enterprise and growth-stage customers. You will translate complex business needs into clean system architecture, integration patterns, and implementation blueprints that drive measurable outcomes.
You’ll run discovery and design workshops, whiteboard future-state processes, architect integrations, and guide delivery teams through configuration and technical execution. This role blends customer-facing consulting with deep technical problem-solving—partnering with customers, Project Managers, Consultants, Product, and Engineering to bring solutions to life.
This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who enjoys both strategy and building—equally comfortable leading a workshop, reviewing APIs, or troubleshooting an integration.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery, design workshops, and whiteboarding sessions to translate business requirements into scalable Rocketlane solutionsDesign end-to-end solution architecture across PSA, CRM, ERP, HRIS, and financial ecosystemsDefine configuration standards, integration patterns, and delivery best practicesProvide consultative guidance on advanced use cases and feature strategyPush back or course-correct when requests conflict with best practices or scalabilityArchitect and guide integrations between Rocketlane and platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday/HRMS, finance systems, and data platformsWork hands-on with REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO/SAML, and modern integration approachesPartner with Integration and Data Migration consultants on technical executionDesign data migration strategies and transition plans from legacy PSA/ERP systemsSupport complex troubleshooting and unblock escalationsReview and approve solution designs and technical deliverablesContribute reusable accelerators, templates, and best practices to scale deliveryUse AI-assisted tools and scripting to automate validation, testing, and workflow optimizationMentor consultants and elevate overall technical capability across the practiceSuccess MetricsScalable, low-rework solution designsSmooth integrations and migrationsReduced defects and escalationsCustomer satisfaction and adoptionFaster time-to-value for implementationsDelivery team enablement and knowledge transferReusable best practices and architecture standards createdQualifications Must Have Skills

Architecture & Systems Design
7–10+ years implementing SaaS, PSA, ERP, or workflow platformsStrong understanding of SaaS architecture and enterprise system designAbility to model business processes and translate them into system configurationsExperience designing multi-system solutions across CRM, Finance, HR, and OpsIntegration & Technical Depth
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and authentication flowsExperience building or guiding integrations between SaaS platformsFamiliarity with Postman and iPaaS tools (Workato, Boomi, Zapier, Make, etc.)Understanding of SSO/SAML and enterprise IT patternsComfortable validating data and troubleshooting technical issuesConsulting & Communication
