Beige is looking for an exceptional, high-energy Video Editor to join our production powerhouse, transform raw footage into visual masterpieces, and elevate our digital storytelling capabilities.
This is not a traditional, slow-paced editing role. You will operate as a critical driver of our creative output, taking extreme ownership of asset management, motion graphics, and premium post-production workflows for a rapidly growing media technology startup.

Location & Schedule
- Location: Remote (International / Global Talent)
- Schedule: Must be fully available to operate and collaborate during the following US Central Standard Time (CST) hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
Compensation
- Contract Rate: Starting at $400/month
What You'll Be Doing
- Asset & Footage Management: Efficiently download, structure, and organize massive batches of raw multimedia assets for seamless editing workflows.
- Premium Video Editing: Edit high-quality video content that directly meets and exceeds strict project brief requirements and client expectations.
- Advanced Post-Production: Apply advanced editing techniques, including smooth transitions, continuous pacing, text overlays, and audio syncing.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Integrate clean motion graphics and 2D animation to drive engagement and elevate production value.
- Color & Audio Enhancement: Execute professional color correction, grading, and sound mixing to ensure visually stunning and acoustically crisp final deliverables.
- Pipeline Speed: Ruthlessly hit tight production deadlines while keeping asset quality, creativity, and rendering optimization locked in.
Who We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
- Strong English Proficiency: High fluency in written and spoken English with exceptional team communication skills.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional video editing and motion graphics experience within an agency, production house, or startup environment.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent industry-standard professional editing tools).
- Technical Hardware Setup: A powerful, dedicated editing machine alongside highly reliable high-speed internet and stable power backup/electricity.
- Creative Portfolio: A comprehensive, high-quality showreel or portfolio demonstrating your editing pace, design style, and technical versatility.
Preferred / Major Plus:
- Deep experience editing content specifically tailored for the creator economy, social media platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube), or premium corporate brand campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency using AI generation and automation tools to accelerate asset workflows.
- Familiarity with modern remote productivity and tracking tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Notion).
