Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Private Wealth Advisor. The Private Wealth Advisor will work directly with individuals and families to assess their financial situations, clarify goals, and build comprehensive wealth plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery meetings, analyzing assets and liabilities, and developing integrated strategies for retirement, education, tax-aware investing, risk management, and estate planning in collaboration with internal and external specialists. The advisor will present recommendations in clear, accessible language, implement approved strategies, and provide ongoing monitoring and adjustments based on changing client circumstances and market conditions. The role also involves cultivating and managing long-term client relationships, generating referrals, collaborating with partners such as attorneys and tax professionals, and staying current on financial markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
Requisitos
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, with experience building comprehensive, goal-based plans across retirement, education, insurance, and tax-aware strategies.
- Proficiency in Investments, including risk profiling, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and ongoing performance review and rebalancing.
- Knowledge of Estate Planning concepts, with the ability to coordinate with legal and tax professionals to help clients protect and transfer wealth.
- Proven Business Relationship Management skills, including client acquisition, relationship development, and high-touch service for individuals and families.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or progress toward CFP, or comparable advanced designation (e.g., ChFC, CFA) strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in wealth management or financial services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, client-friendly language in both virtual and written formats.
- High ethical standards, strong attention to detail, proficiency with financial planning and CRM software, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
