Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Controller to join our dynamic team. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage a diverse portfolio of clients and operate seamlessly across various industries. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of the full accounting cycle, including month-end close and financial statement preparation, with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Oversee the full accounting cycle, including month-end close and financial statement preparation.Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage client accounts efficiently.Work independently and collaboratively within the team to ensure client needs are met.Assist in onboarding clients to platforms like bill.com and Gusto, as needed.Report directly to senior management, providing insights into financial operations.Requirements
Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients, preferably in a public accounting or client accounting services environment.Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.Experience with payroll systems such as Gusto and ADP.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication in English, this position will be entirely in English.Nice to Haves
Experience working with multi-entity clients.Familiarity with additional payroll systems such as Paycom and Paycor.Experience in onboarding clients to financial platforms like bill.com.Additional Information
