We are looking for a motivated Outbound Call Center Agent to join our Customer Care team. You will be the voice of our company, calling U.S. customers to schedule service appointments, follow up on maintenance plans, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

This is an entry-level role — not a high-pressure sales position. We want friendly, organized, and reliable people who communicate clearly and professionally.

What You Will Do

Make outbound calls to U.S. customers to book, confirm, and follow up on HVAC service appointmentsAnswer customer questions clearly and professionallyUpdate our CRM system with accurate call notes and appointment detailsHandle customer concerns with patience and a positive attitudeCoordinate with our U.S.-based dispatch and service team

What We Are Looking For

Advanced to proficient English (C1 or C2) — all calls are conducted in English with U.S. customersPrevious experience in a call center, customer service, or phone-based role is a plusComfortable using CRM software, VoIP systems, and basic computer toolsStrong listening skills and a clear, professional phone voiceQuiet home workspace with reliable high-speed internet and a headsetAvailable 40 hours per week, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
