Marais Advisory focuses on integrating AI into existing enterprise infrastructure, working closely with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to build AI roadmaps, evaluation frameworks, and multi-agent systems. The team brings deep technical expertise across AWS, GCP, Azure, Python, React/TypeScript, and modern cloud infrastructure to deliver both strategy and working solutions. Recent projects include AI roadmaps, conversational AI platform evaluations, and automated competitive intelligence systems using web scraping and data analysis.
Role Description As an AI Consultant at Marais Advisory, you will work directly with enterprise clients to design, implement, and optimize AI solutions that align with their business strategies. In this full-time remote role, you will translate ambiguous client needs into clear AI roadmaps, evaluation frameworks, and implementation plans. Your day-to-day work will include conducting discovery sessions, analyzing business processes, and identifying AI use cases that leverage existing client infrastructure. You will develop and validate machine learning and NLP prototypes, collaborate with engineering teams to deploy solutions on cloud platforms, and iterate based on client feedback and performance metrics. You will also contribute to competitive intelligence initiatives by designing analytical workflows, structuring data pipelines, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Strong consulting and client-facing skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and strategic recommendation development.
- Experience at big consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, etc)
- Applied data science and pattern recognition skills, with experience designing experiments, analyzing complex datasets, and deriving actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP), including model selection, evaluation, and deployment in real-world settings.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and familiarity with modern ML tooling, APIs, and MLOps practices.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for executive and business audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in or with private equity, enterprise technology, or strategy consulting environments is a plus.
- Self-directed, comfortable working remotely, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
