Position: Junior Sales Representative – Minas Gerais – Must Reside in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Position Reports to: Divisional Sales Manager

Location : Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brazil

Place of Work: Field – Clients / Home Office

Essential Experience in the Pharma Channel – Major Pharma Chains, Pharmacies, Food Channels and Regional Distributors.

Responsible for prospecting new clients and identifying business opportunities; selling, negotiating, and monitoring product distribution; and maintaining continuous service/relationships with clients in the Pharma Channel – Pharmacies, Major Pharmacy Chains, Food Channels, and Distributors in the state of Minas Gerais, aiming to achieve/exceed sales targets while adhering to commercial policy and maintaining sustainable development and growth of the assigned route.

Key Duties:

Execute the company's sales planning and strategy with clients (JBP);Prepare commercial proposals and follow up to close deals;Track goals and performance indicators;Monitor the market and competition, identifying trends and opportunities;Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients' sales teams, presenting product features and benefits;Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote company products;Monitor the market supply chain from end to end; maintain strong interaction with the field promoter team;Manage sell-in and sell-out;Achieve sales targets set by the company.

Requisitos

Solid knowledge of Pharma Channel distribution;Experience in a commercial role as a junior sales representative;Experience working with a distribution team;Ongoing or completed higher education degree;Analytical profile (familiarity with IQVIA preferred) for preparing client planning (JBP – Joint Business Plans);Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;Negotiation and persuasion skills;Strong verbal and written communication;Positive, hands-on, results-oriented profile — proactive, with strong initiative, able to propose alternatives and bring solutions;Ability to build interpersonal relationships;Availability for travel and fieldwork, 80% of the time;Strong sales organization and planning skills;Valid driver's license (CNH);Must reside in Belo Horizonte or surrounding area.
