MasterPro Installs Corp is a fast-growing appliance delivery and installation company serving major retail partners across the U.S., with new markets launching regularly.
We're looking for a detail-oriented

Bilingual Finance & Operations Coordinator

to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their finance career while working closely with a fast-growing U.S. company.

What you'll do:

Manage accounts payable — process invoices, code expenses, mail vendor checks
Prepare financial reports for leadership
Support U.S. payroll processing
Handle accounts receivable — invoicing, payment tracking, follow-ups
Order and track parts/inventory to keep field jobs on schedule

Learn U.S. business compliance — training provided

Requisitos

️ Fluent English — written and spoken.

You'll be communicating daily with our U.S. team, vendors, and partners.
✔️ Expertise and hands-on experience in bookkeeping, including QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
✔️ Experience in accounts payable
✔️ Experience preparing financial reports
✔️ Experience with U.S. payroll
✔️ Experience in accounts receivable
✔️ Strong organizational skills — you're comfortable juggling multiple recurring workflows
✔️ Eagerness to learn U.S. compliance (no certification required, just curiosity and drive)

Bonus points:

Prior remote experience with a U.S.-based company
Familiarity with inventory/parts ordering systems
Remote (International) | Hours aligned with U.S. business hours
