MasterPro Installs Corp is a fast-growing appliance delivery and installation company serving major retail partners across the U.S., with new markets launching regularly.We're looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Finance & Operations Coordinator to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their finance career while working closely with a fast-growing U.S. company.What you'll do: Manage accounts payable â process invoices, code expenses, mail vendor checks Prepare financial reports for leadership Support U.S. payroll processing Handle accounts receivable â invoicing, payment tracking, follow-ups Order and track parts/inventory to keep field jobs on scheduleâ
Learn U.S. business compliance â training providedWhat you need:ï¸ Fluent English â written and spoken. You'll be communicating daily with our U.S. team, vendors, and partners.âï¸ Expertise and hands-on experience in bookkeeping, including QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)âï¸ Experience in accounts payableâï¸ Experience preparing financial reportsâï¸ Experience with U.S. payrollâï¸ Experience in accounts receivableâï¸ Strong organizational skills â you're comfortable juggling multiple recurring workflowsâï¸ Eagerness to learn U.S. compliance (no certification required, just curiosity and drive)Bonus points: Prior remote experience with a U.S.-based company Familiarity with inventory/parts ordering systems Remote (International) | Hours aligned with U.S. business hoursIf you're organized, reliable, fluent in English, and looking to build real experience with U.S. finance and payroll operations â we'd love to hear from you.
