We are expanding our Brazil operations and looking for a Channel Sales Manager to drive our offline retail and distribution business in one of Latin America's most dynamic markets.About the RoleWe seek a data-driven, results-oriented Channel Sales professional to own and grow our indirect channel business in Brazil. You will manage relationships with distributors, brick-and-mortar retailers, and wholesale partners — translating brand strategy into sell-out results.What You'll DoOwn and execute the Brazil offline channel strategy — distribution, wholesale, and key retail partnershipsBuild data-grounded sales plans: analyze sell-out by SKU, optimize inventory, and adjust tactics based on insightDevelop win-win partnerships with major brick-and-mortar retailers (Fast Shop, Magazine Luiza, Casas Bahia, etc.) and distributorsLead go-to-market execution for new product categories and brand launchesDrive pricing strategy, trade marketing, and in-store visibility in collaboration with the marketing teamTrack and report pipeline, forecasts, and quota attainment with precisionCollaborate with global HQ and cross-functional teams in EnglishWhat We're Looking ForMust-Have5+ years of channel sales experience (indirect channel / distribution / wholesale)Proven track record of hitting and exceeding channel targets — you speak with data, not intentionsAdvanced/fluent English — daily communication with global HQ and teamsNative PortugueseOn-site availability in São Paulo — this is not a remote or hybrid roleStructured & analytical mindset — you build plans on data, not gut feelStrong PlusExperience in consumer electronics (mobile accessories, charging, audio, smart hardware) or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)Familiarity with major Brazilian brick-and-mortar retail chainsHands-on go-to-market experience launching new brands or categoriesWorking knowledge of sell-in/sell-out, inventory management, pricing, and trade marketingPrior experience at companies like Samsung, Motorola, Xiaomi, JBL, Logitech, Philips, or similarWho You AreResult-driven — You measure success by numbers, not narrativesIntellectually curious — You seek to understand "why" before jumping into executionResilient — You stay steady under market volatility and keep focus on what mattersClear communicator — No fluff, gets to the point.
