Recruiter - Fluent in English | Remote
(POSITION TO AT LEAST 2 YEAR EXPERIENCED RECRUITER)
At Bluedot BPO Solutions, we connect top LATAM talent with high-performing U.S. teams. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring processes and support corporate talent acquisition for international clients.
This fully remote role offers daily exposure to the U.S. market and a clear growth path for professionals who want to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition and HR leadership.

Your Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and strategic rolesPartner with stakeholders to align candidate profiles and hiring needsSource, screen, and interview candidates for the U.S. marketUtilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platformsManage and maintain healthy candidate pipelinesEnsure an excellent candidate experience end-to-endMaintain consistent communication with hiring managers and candidatesSupport strategic hiring initiatives for clients and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
2+ year of experience with Recruitment/Hunting in the American market Proven experience in end-to-end recruitmentStrong English communication skills (professional level)Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitionsDetail-oriented, proactive, and delivery-focusedComfortable in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
Background in corporate or executive recruitment Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dynamics, or other ATSExperience in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environmentsExperience working with global stakeholdersExperience recruiting for international or U.S. clients is a strong plus
