Overview of the role
The Senior ML Engineer will be responsible for leading machine learning initiatives and building production systems that drive business innovation. This role involves designing scalable ML architectures, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with product and data teams to bring AI models to production.
Key responsibilities
- Designing and developing advanced machine learning systems with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Leading technical decisions and providing guidance for ML development initiatives.
- Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers in ML best practices and engineering principles.
- Building and optimizing ML pipelines, from experimentation to production deployment.
- Driving model performance, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluating and implementing cutting-edge ML technologies and frameworks to enhance capabilities.
Requisitos
- Machine Learning Engineering: 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or related fields.
- ML Frameworks: Strong expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
- Production Systems: Extensive experience with MLOps, model deployment, and production ML systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.
- Deep Knowledge: Deep understanding of ML algorithms, data processing, and system optimization.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
