Monday through Friday9:00 AM â 6:00 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time) Position Overview
EPGD Business Law is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join its growing U.S. Family Law practice. The ideal candidate has experience within the Florida legal system, is fully bilingual (English/Spanish), and can work independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Trial Support
Assist with hearing and trial preparation by organizing evidence, preparing trial binders, coordinating witnesses, and closely monitoring court deadlines.Legal Documentation & Discovery
Draft, file, and manage legal documents, motions, notices, petitions, and discovery requests, including Interrogatories and Requests for Production.Case Financial Management
Handle mandatory disclosures and financial affidavits, working closely with clients to collect and organize all required supporting documentation.Family Law Calculations
Prepare child support guideline calculations and equitable distribution worksheets.Document & Case Management
Maintain organized and up-to-date active case files within legal technology platforms such as PracticePanther, Westlaw, and DPA.Bilingual Client Communication
Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to gather information and address procedural questions. Mandatory Requirements

Advanced/Fluent English (C1 minimum required).100% bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Experience
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Florida Family Law Paralegal, with direct exposure to complex litigation and discovery processes. Technical Skills
