Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.NET / AI) to help build and scale the next generation of applications for one of our growing enterprise clients.
This is a senior-level engineering role with a strong backend focus, combining modern full-stack development with AI-powered application development. You will be responsible for architecting and building scalable systems, establishing development standards, integrating Generative AI solutions into production environments, and driving technical decisions across multiple initiatives.
The role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys building systems from scratch, and can operate as a highly autonomous technical leader while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Architecture & Development
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using .NET and C#.
Architect robust APIs, services, and application infrastructure that support current and future products.
Establish engineering standards, best practices, and maintainable system architectures.
Drive technical decisions that improve scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
Full-Stack Development
Collaborate with frontend teams working in React to deliver end-to-end application functionality.
Contribute across the full stack when needed while maintaining a strong backend focus.
Ensure seamless integration between frontend experiences and backend services.
Support application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
AI & Generative AI Integration
Design and implement Generative AI solutions within production applications.
Evaluate and integrate LLM-powered capabilities that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Build AI-enabled workflows, automation systems, and intelligent application features.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to create business value.
Technical Leadership & Solution Design
Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across projects.
Make informed technology decisions in environments with evolving requirements and limited structure.
Lead solution design discussions and identify the best approaches for implementation.
Drive engineering excellence through mentorship, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Partner with leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
Participate in planning, estimation, prioritization, and delivery activities.
Ensure solutions are delivered with high quality and maintainability.
Requisitos
Experience
8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
Extensive hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
Strong full-stack development experience with modern web application architectures.
Experience building and deploying production-grade applications.
Experience working in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments.
AI & Modern Engineering
Proven experience integrating Generative AI solutions into production applications.
Hands-on experience working with LLMs, AI-powered workflows, or intelligent automation systems.
Understanding of AI orchestration patterns, agentic workflows, or AI application architecture.
Experience evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies.
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, APIs, and distributed systems.
Experience designing scalable and maintainable backend services.
Deep understanding of modern development practices, testing strategies, and deployment workflows.
Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
Leadership & Communication
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to operate independently and make high-impact technical decisions.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
Strong ownership mentality and accountability for outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Claude and AI orchestration frameworks.
